The client asked for a mixed-used building that combined a single-family home with an industrial warehouse.
The project allowed us to explore a common building typology native to the Veneto metropolitan area that represents a specific form of Post-Fordism, based on a highly decentralised industrial production and on an ambiguous relationship between living and working spaces.

The building was conceived as a simple box, both generic and unexpectedly monumental. The mirror cladding allows the villa to react to the landscape and, at the same time, establishes a strong geometric abstraction.
