The competition brief asked for two separated buildings: a small office headquarter and a warehouse to store and maintain heavy vehicles. We decided to organize the functional program by juxtaposing the two buildings and by proposing a bigger architectural object. Despite its functional complexity, the building’s architecture is simple and clear. A regular prefab steel-and-wood framework allows for the interior space to be unobstructed, adaptable and without constraints.
