Nevertheless, intra-EU mobility is extremely low. Only 3.1% of the EU working age citizens live in a Member State different from the one of their nationality. The functioning of the housing market is amongst the different obstacles that cause this stasis. ON CITIES presents an alternative hotel typology to boost european labour mobilty.
